Taylor has been taking a gymnastics class this summer and she LOVES it!

Taylor and I got up and went to the zoo first thing this morning. It was really nice....not crowded and not too hot yet! We had to feed the ducks right away!

She was finally brave enough to feed the giraffe some "salad" as she called it!

We're trying to get a lot of "transitions" done with Taylor before the baby gets here and so far she has done great! She has been sleeping in her big bed for about a month now and does just fine. She still doesn't realize (or just doesn't care) that she can get out on her own, which is nice!

We also started potty training a couple weeks ago. Taylor is doing great....we have a few accidents here and there, but overall it is going really well! She got this new "buggy" for filling up her whole potty sticker chart!

Lincoln Park Zoo and the beach

On Monday we went to Lincoln Park Zoo.

Taylor found the carousel pretty early into the trip.

Later that evening we walked down to the beach along Lake Michigan.

So surprised to see Daddy get his feet in the water!

It took us forever to get her off the beach. She sat and watched people play sand volleyball for at least 15 minutes!

Chicago Children's Museum, Navy Pier, Friends

Last Sunday we went to the Chicago Children's Museum. It was a really nice place and I think Taylor really enjoyed it. Here she is building with Daddy.

After we ate lunch we walked around Navy Pier. I love her face in this one....she was watching the "big swings" and was very surprised to see how high they go.

Later Sunday we met up with the Krupa's for dinner and then some ice cream!

Chicago

We recently spent about 4 days in Chicago for a "mini-vacation". Friday night we went up to the rooftop of Uncle Blake's apartment for a birthday party for him. Taylor loved it because he lives right by the "L" so a train came by every 8 minutes!

Saturday we stayed at Oma and Opa's house and went swimming.

We also went into the city for several other fun things....I'll add pictures later!

Zoo Trip

We made a trip to the zoo today with April, Shannon, Camden, and Cohen. Taylor took her first pony ride!
