Getting Caught Up

I had a few pictures on my camera that I thought I would share.  We spent part of Labor Day weekend at Grandma and Grandpa Parker's house enjoying our last swim of the season!

 We've made several trips to the zoo now that the weather isn't too hot.  Ben LOVED eating an apple there one day (not so happy when I took it away).

 Mostly, we've just been outside as much as possible enjoying the nice weather while it lasts!!!

We've also finally started getting ready for baby #3!  Troy painted last weekend, furniture is ordered, and I've starting washing and putting away clothes.....even though I feel like Ben just wore them!  He should be here in about a month!!!

First Day of School

Taylor had her first day of school today!  She is going twice a week to a church nearby.  She had a great first day and was even the "number helper"!

Last Weekend

Last weekend we had a nice, relaxing time at home!  On Saturday morning, Taylor and I went to the zoo while Ben napped and Troy had a fantasy football draft!

 Then we spent the evening playing outside and having a bonfire~

White Sox Game

Last Saturday we took Taylor to the White Sox game!  She had fun and keeps asking when we are going again!  She even watched the post game fireworks.....which is big for her since she typically does not like fireworks.

Ben's Actual Birthday

Ben woke up on his actual birthday and found a new "scooter" from Mommy, Daddy, and Taylor!

 We then had the neighbor kids over for lunch and playing outside!  The boys loved playing in the sand table.

 Ben was happy to get another cupcake!

 And we finished off the day going out to Casa's for dinner so Ben could have his favorite mac-n-cheese!

Ben's Birthday Party

 We had a baseball birthday party for Ben the Saturday before his birthday!  Oma made him this shirt for the party!!!
