We had a fun and busy weekend celebrating Ben's birthday! On Friday, his actual birthday, we had some friends over for a party in the backyard.

Friday afternoon we took Taylor, Ben, and Vladi to see the movie Planes then we all went to Pizza Hut for dinner. After dinner we came home and Ben got to open presents.
He LOVES this Duplo train from Aunt Dodie!
Grandma and Grandpa Parker got him a bike!
On Sunday we had another little party with family!
Ben was really into his birthday this year and loved the attention and knowing that it was his day(s)! He finished up his speech therapy with First Steps last week and now that he is three he will be having speech twice a week at Taylor's elementary school. He is very excited about this because he thinks he is going to school like Taylor and riding the bus! He is going to be a bit disappointed when he starts! We had his three year appointment this week and he was 39 inches tall (90th percentile) and weighed 34 pounds (80th percentile). This summer he has given up the pacifier totally and is also fully potty trained now!!! He has an occasional accident, but stays dry at nap and night too!
