Weekend Fun!

This past weekend we finally had time with not a lot going on and no studying!!!! Saturday morning we went to Touch-a-Truck.  The kids got to see and go in all different kinds of vehicles. 

Their favorite was the ice cream truck for obvious reasons!!!

Grandpa Rick and Uncle Blake came to visit too!  We had our first fire and s'mores of the season!

The zoo opened this weekend so Sunday morning we made our first zoo trip.  It was a little chilly so not all the animals were out, but it was a good change of pace!

Easter

The kids and I spent Easter weekend with my mom this year.  Troy had a licensing test the next morning so he spent the weekend studying and my dad was in Florida golfing, so it was just us!

We went to the park Saturday morning for an egg hunt and other activities.  The boys got shut out in the hunt....neither got a single egg! Ben was paralyzed by the Easter bunny and Drew was whining about something.  Taylor got some eggs though and then we saw some farm animals.

The Sunday morning we had an egg hunt and checked out Easter baskets.

More Spring Break

Spring Break

Grandma and Grandpa Parker and the kids and I spent the week down in Gulf Shores, AL.  It was our first time there, so we were a little new to the scene, but had a great time!  The mornings were a little cool still, but by the afternoon is was plenty warm to be at the beach.  We enjoyed the beach and indoor pool at our place and then also the outdoor pool next door to us. We also went mini golfing and did go karts!

Ben and Taylor were way more brave this year about going out into the water....and it was cold!

Since we've been back everyone but Troy has been sick so I still need to go through more pictures!
