First Grade

We're back to school!!!  Taylor is in Mrs. Balmoria's first grade class this year!  She is excited to go all day and eat lunch at school, but is still adjusting to the long day!  She had three neighbor friends in her class, but other than that she doesn't know anyone else.

Happy 4th Birthday, Ben!!!

We had a great time celebrating Ben's 4th birthday last weekend!  It was a beautiful day! We rented a bounce house for the day and partied all day!

 Ben is really into the Cars movie right now and we were able to rent a Cars bounce house!

 In the morning we had the neighbor kids over for a small party.

 In the evening we had more friends and family over to celebrate again!

Myrtle Beach 2014

We had a great week in Myrtle Beach!  The kids loved going in the ocean and of course swimming too. 

 They all tried the "big slide".  Taylor and Ben loved it, but Drew did not.

Summer Catch Up

I took the kids to pick strawberries one day this summer.  It was so HOT that day that we were all pretty miserable and only picked a couple pounds.

I think one of the kids favorite things is to have a fire and make s'mores!

We had a fun July 4th!  We did sparklers at our house on the 3rd and then went to the Tincaps game and watched the downtown fireworks on the 4th.

Ben has had the biggest fall of the summer.  He fell off his scooter and cut his chin up.  It has healed nicely with only a little scar.

Silver Beach, MI

We just spent several days in St. Joseph, MI with Oma, Opa, and Blake.  We had a great house that was right next to everything.  We played on the beach and at the splash pad.  We also spent a day at the children's museum. 

 They loved playing at the playground on the beach.

 The second day at the beach the kids went in the lake a little bit, it was freezing!
