Drew is 9 months old!!! He is so happy and gives us the goofiest grins all the time. This is a nice change since he pretty much didn't smile for the first 6 months. He loves to play peek-a-boo, can clap, and can sort of wave. He is still a great eater and prefers to feed himself. His favorite food is probably bananas or blueberries! He also LOVES grandma's pasta! We went to the doctor this week and he was 19 lbs. 13 oz. and was 28 1/2 inches long (both about the 50th percentile). He has a great army crawl that gets him where he wants and is starting to crawl on his hands and knees a little more. He is starting to pull up on things but can't always do it. Drew's sleeping has finally improved except that he likes to get up EARLY.....like before 6 most days! He now has 4 teeth.....two on bottom and two on top (but not the front two).
Drew got his first injury in Myrtle Beach. He was holding on to a table and fell and cut his lip open. You can kind of see it in this picture. It bled quite a bit and I was afraid he was going to need a stitch, but thankfully it stopped and started closing on its own fairly quick.
